The Winco NGGD-24M commercial natural gas griddle offers powerful cooking performance ideal for grilling up burgers, frying bacon, making pancakes and more. This flat top griddle features (2) high-performance 30,000 BTU burners controlled by two independent infinitely adjustable knobs for precise temperature control. The 24” x 20.75” stainless-steel flat top cooking surface heats evenly without hotspots. This commercial-grade griddle is designed to withstand daily use in diners, restaurants and more. This natural gas griddle has a 3/4” polished stainless-steel backsplash to prevent grease splatters. A 3.5” grease tray removes for easy cleaning. A 5” wide cool-touch steel front plate rail keeps the front of the griddle cool to the touch. This commercial griddle has (4) adjustable legs (4” – 6”) and non-skid feet to ensure the unit is secure. Connects to natural gas or liquid propane via a standard 3/4” gas connection with a regulator.
