This is a black mohair cardigan from the 1960s with a short pile. It's made of 75% mohair and 25% wool.
There are holes in the ribbing (see images 5 and 6), but the ribbing is long, so they wouldn't be noticeable if folded. There are also some snags and holes, but these are within the acceptable range for vintage clothing.
Actual size measurements are: shoulder width 44cm, body width 55cm, length 59cm, sleeve length (underarm to cuff) 50cm.
