This couture-like blouse features a double-layered, three-dimensional ruffle design around the shoulders, accentuating a feminine silhouette and balloon sleeves that resemble a cape. The ruffle part allows for styling variations, such as an asymmetrical off-the-shoulder look. Tucks at the waist create a streamlined silhouette. The center incorporates a hidden button placket detail, adding a touch of mannishness to the elegance. The hem is raw-edged with side slits, making it versatile for both tucking in and wearing out with any bottom.
