This is a Wish Me Mell headband purchased around 2019 at Sanrio Puroland.
I only wore it for 2-3 hours inside Sanrio Puroland.
⚠️ The ribbon on the right side is tilted upwards from the time of purchase. Please check photos 11 and 12. Other people selling the same headband also have a tilted right ribbon, so it seems to be a manufacturing issue.
There are no stains or marks.
I haven't seen this design of headband at Puroland recently, so I think it's hard to find. It's cute with pink gingham check and pearls.
