It's from the Heart & Heart series.
This is a valuable, domestically-made plush toy, now.
The fabric tag is cut (see image 7).
It hasn't been played with much, so there's little wear and tear on the stuffing.
There are no major stains, scratches, or dirt, but there may be some minor soiling and age-related deterioration typical of an old item.
