Carillon Pentatonic Glockenspiel

Cherry wood, 7 steel plates, with mallet, range: d"-e"-g"-a"-b"-d'''-e''' (NOTE: This item is from Europe and in Europe they use an "h" instead of a "b". This is not an error but the charm of using an authentic European made instrument.) The Choroi-Glockenspiels (chimes) have been developed mainly for small children. They have a clear and balanced sound, and are excellent first percussion instruments. They are well suited to accompanying the soft tone of the children's harp. The body is made of fine cherrywood. The names of the notes are engraved on the steel bars for children that are not yet reading music notation. Size: 8" long. Depth 3-3/4 to 6" at the longer end.
