Product Description 3M Hot Melt Adhesive 3776LM is a hot melt adhesive used for bonding light gauge metal, primed and unprimed metal to various substrates and to themselves. It is a 100% solids, thermoplastic adhesive that dispenses at a low temperature (265ºF / 129ºC) for general purpose industrial assembly. From the Manufacturer 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Hot Melt Adhesive 3776 LM AE is a tan, low melt adhesive that will bond light gauge metal, primed on unprimed metal to various substrates and themselves and also bond wood, fabric, plastics such as ABS, PVC, acrylic, flexible and rigid foam. It is composed of 100% solids, thermoplastic resin in 8" stick form for use with 3M Scotch-Weld™ Hot Melt Applicator LT, Q, and EC. The 8" stick will produce up to 20 linear feet of 1/8" bead and the special ribbed contour works with the Quadrack convertor to prevent slippage to provide reliable, consistent feed-through of the adhesive stick. Its 40 second open time provides ample time for positioning and adjusting for fit and still reduces production time for assembly. As a low-volatile-organic (VOC) compound, this adhesive produces minimal odor when heated and helps support a comfortable work environment.
