This 2" abrasive bristle disc is injection molded and filled with a proprietary high-performance abrasive blend available only from Abrasive Brush Corporation. It delivers the highest material removal rates in the industry, backed by test data. The flexible bristles conform to complex or uneven surfaces to produce a consistent, reliable finish. No compounds or pastes are needed, as the abrasive is uniformly distributed throughout the brush. It’s ideal for deburring, polishing, blending, and removing rust, paint, gaskets, or other surface buildup. Designed for Turn Lock systems (also works with Roloc systems). Requires a minimum of 4,000 RPM to function properly and is safe to use at speeds up to 25,000 RPM. Made in the USA.
